Honest pricing. Written quotes. No invoice creep.
We don't publish a rate card for managed services — not because pricing is a secret, but because quoting your business without knowing your business is how IT contracts go wrong. Here's exactly how it works instead:
1. Per-seat, per tier.
Managed IT is priced per person, by tier. Your quote is a number you can budget: seats × tier rate. When you hire, it goes up by one seat. When someone leaves, it goes down. That's the whole model.
2. The quote comes after the look.
Every managed quote follows a free 10-Point Tech Risk Check (or, for larger organizations, a paid Infrastructure & Security Review). We quote what you need — including what you already have covered and don't need from us.
3. In writing, before commitment.
Scope, seats, tier, rate, terms. Signed before work starts. No surprise renewals.
4. Advisory and assessments are hourly, published.
Infrastructure & Security Review $225/hr · AI Readiness Assessment $250/hr (credited toward implementation). Implementation projects are fixed-scope quotes. Managed AI is custom-scoped and custom-priced per deployment.
What we never do
Hourly billing for operational IT work · pay-per-incident pricing that profits from your downtime · auto-renewals with rate escalators buried in page nine.
