ARX Services

AI for your business — applied, not hyped.

Every owner has heard what AI is supposed to do. Almost nobody will tell you, in plain English, what it can do in your business — with your phones, your schedule, your paperwork, your people. That's the job of ARX AI: assess it, build it, run it, and teach your team to use it.

  1. 1

    AI Readiness Assessment & Roadmap — $250/hr

Where every engagement starts. We map your workflows, find the automation-worthy ones, and hand you a prioritized roadmap with real costs and real payback estimates. Assessment fees are credited toward implementation when you proceed.

  2. 2

    Implementation

Fixed-scope deployments, quoted in writing: AI answering and reception, scheduling, document automation, workflow agents, data preparation. You'll know what it does, what it costs, and how you'll measure it — before we build it.

  3. 3

    Managed AI

AI systems aren't fire-and-forget. Models change, tools update, usage drifts, policies need enforcement. Managed AI keeps your deployments monitored, tuned, governed, and current. Custom-scoped and custom-priced — every deployment is different.

  4. 4

    Training & Enablement

Staff workshops, leadership briefings, and AI acceptable-use policies — so your team uses these tools productively and safely.

Proof over promises: we publish case studies only from live deployments. Ask to see them.

Frequently asked questions

We're a small office. Is AI really relevant to us? +

If your phone rings, your calendar fills, or your staff retypes information from one system into another — yes. The assessment exists to tell you which of those is worth automating, and whether the payback is real. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet." You'll get that answer too.

What does Managed AI cost? +

It's scoped per deployment — the systems, volumes, and governance requirements differ too much for a rate card. The assessment produces the quote.

What about our data? +

Every deployment includes an acceptable-use policy and a data-handling review. That's not an add-on; it's step one of implementation.
